Stock Donation Instructions
Making a gift of appreciated assets may provide substantial tax advantages while multiplying Gospel impact through Hearts for Eternity.
Hearts for Eternity receives stock and mutual fund donations through our account with the National Christian Foundation (NCF). To initiate a transfer, please complete the NCF Letter of Intent (LOI) and notify NCF at [email protected] when your gift is being processed.
When completing the form, please include:
Fund Name: The Hearts for Eternity Single Charity Fund
Fund Number: #5521978
Stock Ticker Symbol and Number of Shares being transferred
A donor signature on the LOI is not required by NCF unless you are submitting the LOI directly to your brokerage firm to authorize release of the shares.
